RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (of course, it's ok to try it on!), with the original tags still attached. We will not accept returns which have been washed, ironed, or show any signs of wear.
You may exchange for a different size, colour, fit, or style. Please follow instructions below for returning your order. The items should be exchanged within 28 days of dispatch.
If you want to exchange, to avoid disappointment, it is best to contact us immediately to guarantee the sizes or styles can be fulfilled for you. We will reserve stock for requested exchanges for 1 week. You will be contacted should your requested exchanges be out of stock.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to rising costs we no longer offer free returns on orders - we are still, as yet, a small brand and cannot afford these costs while providing locally made products at competitive prices. Customers can post returns directly to us at this address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
GUARANTEE
We offer a six-month quality guarantee (Smyth & Gibson shirts & ties only) - that even applies to items purchased during the sale. As long as you have proof of purchase (confirmation email or order no.), then we will replace the item with the same or similar if the product is not up to scratch.
We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our six month returns guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Refunds on promotional orders are subject to set values per product returns. See below for details on each of our recent promotional offers.
Any order with discount applied - Returns will be subject to a refund value equal to the value of original order.
Exchanges where the price of replacement products differs from the original products ordered, must be placed as a new order, and balance correction will be applied by Smyth & Gibson during payment capture (please contact us via info@smythandgibson.com to arrange this).
3 for £150 - Returns will be subject to a refund value of £50 per shirt.
The £200 White Bundle - Returns will be subject to a refund value of £100 on any Made in UK shirt, and £50 on any S.W.E. Non Iron shirt.
Embroidery - Returns will not be accepted on shirts which have custom embroidery.

Customs & Duties
If you are ordering from outside the European Union your order may incur import duties and/or taxes. These are levied by your government and we have no control over which parcels your country's Customs choose to stop and search. These parcels may be affected by delays due to this and any charges made by Customs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are not able to pay these duties for you or reimburse you for this amount.
